DESCRIPTION

Pulse silicon rectifier unit is a production equipment for wet electrolysis of non-ferrous metals. Its main function is to provide high-power, highly stable, reliable, and low ripple DC power supply for the electrolytic cell. It is one of the key equipment in the wet electrolysis process of non-ferrous metals.

The rectifier unit mainly consists of oil cooled rectifier transformers, 4 sets of high-power rectifiers, intelligent centralized control system, relay protection control system, high-speed information processing and transmission system, etc.

The DC output of the rectifier unit is 12 or 24 pulses, with a maximum DC output voltage in the range of DC50-4000V, a rated output current of DC5KA-100A, and a maximum output power of 40MVA.
