The transformation sequence can be simply expressed as: power frequency AC (through rectification and filtering) → DC (through inversion) → intermediate frequency AC (voltage reduction, rectification and filtering) → DC. The three-phase or single-phase 50Hz power frequency alternating current is rectified and filtered to obtain a smooth DC current. The inverter circuit composed of IGBT or FET changes the DC current into an AC current of 15~100kHz. After the intermediate frequency main transformer depressurizes, it is rectified and filtered again to obtain a stable DC output welding current (or inverter again to output AC current of the required frequency). The control circuit of inverter welding and cutting equipment is composed of a given circuit and a drive circuit. By processing the feedback of voltage and current signals, the whole machine is controlled circularly. The control technology with PWM as the core is adopted, so as to obtain the constant current characteristics of fast pulse width modulation and excellent welding and cutting process effects
